A customer/client is someone we have previously, are currently or may in the future be doing business/working with. Customers and Clients will also be included on our mailing list and be subject to the process detailed above. Activities we carry out with customers/clients/members may be either:

- Task bookings for our services i.e. transport, befriending, neighbourhood link etc.
